Cassondra was born in Maryland and studied and lived abroad in El Progreso, Honduras. She graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in International Business and studied for her masters at the University of Maryland.

Cassondra moved to Raleigh in 1995 and worked as a Program Manager for Cisco Systems. After six years in the technology field she decided to leave corporate life and opened her own real estate firm in 2001. She married her husband Robbie in 2001 as well and they now have three children. Robbie is a custom builder and they often work as a team on new construction projects.

Cassondra's background in technology and enthusiam for real estate have made her a top producer in this industry. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the e-Pro & ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. She also is an active member of the Garner Chamber of Commerce and serves on their Board of Directors and Chairs the Communications Committee. She enjoys giving back to the community and is presently serving as Secretary of the Garner Mid-Day Rotary Club. Likewise, she is honored to serve on KS Bank's Advisory Board.

Giovanna was born in Texas and moved to NC in 1998. Previously, she worked in the corporate world in the automatic door industry for over 20 years. Her specialty has always been customer service and working with large accounts. She is a single mom with one daughter in college and a son at home.

Giovanna is a member of the Association of Realtors and her role with the Cassondra Liles Team is primarily as a Buyers Specialist. You will find that her enthusiam for real estate is contagious and her desire to help people makes her a extraordinary agent!

Joe grew up in eastern Wake County and is married to Mary Alice. They have been married for 45 year and have two adult children and seven grandchildren. His earlier career was with N.C. State University in the research field. After completing 30 year service, he decided to try another line of work. This was when Real Estate came to the forefront as a new career.

In Real Estate, Joe has been actively involved in working with many people in Wake and surrounding counties to help with the selection and purchase of that dream home or maybe vacant land for future building. Kim has been a real estate broker since 2002 and is also a legal assistant in a corporate and real estate law firm.  Kim has been a legal assistant since 1995, but in 2000 she took a job with Ikon Office Solutions selling copiers to Raleigh businesses.  She found that after a year she missed the legal work, but she also had enjoyed certain aspects of sales.  She found her perfect fit with resuming her career as a legal assistant and selling real estate in a part-time capacity, allowing her to focus her full attention on one or two clients at a time. 

 

Kim has been married to her husband Shane since 2006.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband, NC State sporting events, running and spending time with her friends and family.
